| Course Overview |
The movement and distribution of biological species should be understood not only as biophysical processes but also as phenomena deeply entangled with human activities and historical trajectories, including colonialism, development, global human mobility, and policy frameworks. Focusing on selected case studies, this course examines how specific species move and become established, how local societies respond to these processes, and how such dynamics are shaped by broader political and economic contexts. |
