| Course Overview |
"Humanities" is a common course for the humanities faculty designed to foster a broader understanding of the field beyond the confines of individual disciplinary topics. The course centers on the act of narrating, examining in particular the role of narrative in historiography (taught by Ogasawara) and in linguistics (taught by Ota), with the aim of illuminating the challenges confronting the humanities while exploring its future possibilities. |
