| Course Overview |
In this course, I will show perceptual and cognitive phenomena of how expectations and predictions work in perceived reality, and considers the general principles behind them. Rather than just thinking about these examples, I would like to think about it through simple psychological demonstrations and experiments. By learning how to quantify the results of experiments, we aim to apply our considerations to useful knowledge in daily life situations. The content of this course includes the mechanisms of human sensation and perception and their disorders, as well as the mechanisms of human cognition and thinking, and their disorders. |
