授業の概要

Stylistique de la prose. Ce cours propose une exploration approfondie de la stylistique de la prose, en se concentrant sur l’etude des particularités d’ecriture et des styles dans les textes de langue francaise, du 19e s. au 21e siecle. Les etudiants analyseront comment les choix linguistiques influencent la perception et l’interpretation d’un texte, en examinant les differentes manieres dont les auteur.e.s utilisent la langue pour exprimer des idees, des emotions et des intentions. Le cours couvrira les origines de la stylistique, ses approches et ses applications a divers genres et registres, en mettant l’accent sur le developpement des competences academiques orales et ecrites à travers des activités de production et de comprehension.

(Stylistics of Prose. This course offers an in-depth exploration of the stylistics of prose, focusing on the study of writing particularities and styles in French-language texts from the 19th c. to the 21st century. Students will analyze how linguistic choices influence the perception and interpretation of a text, examining the various ways authors use language to express ideas, emotions, and intentions. The course will cover the origins of stylistics, its approaches, and its applications to various genres and registers, emphasizing the development of academic oral and written skills through production and comprehension activities.)
